We created a 3D model from client supplied 2D CAD drawing.

Then the model is broken in to parts, each component is given a part number.

Some parts are common but each front curve is different.

The MDF curved wall sections were assembled dry for testing.

The compound curved wall was made with interlocking MDF shaped panels.

Gaps for lighting and shadow were incoperated into the design.

We assembled the parts dry, and wrapped in cling film to check each frame.The contractor collected the wall sections dry assembled to save time.
