Pewter Desk with glass top

The steps are an effect from the roughing routine, the softwe the material the bigger the steps.

25mm registration holes included in the CAD file.

The Desk core was sent to Ireland to be cladded and finished with polished pewter.

3D milled MDF parts for the core.

The designer included cutouts to reduce the weight, allow for reinforcing bars and cable access.

The desk is made from a series of glued layers of MR MDF

Assembly gluing and cramping of the desk.

The pewter was applied at a workshop in Ireland.
